Placement of Hook...

 Line up Hook using level or string pulled taught. Mark spot on wall and place hook. Hammer nail into wall: Nail should be flush to top plate of hook. Make sure hook is secure to wall before hanging.

Push up Hook...

Gently push hook to upright position. This will  allow frame wire to easily hang onto hook. 

Hang

Line up Frame...

Line up frame wire to hook. Make sure to center frame as close as possible.
